1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made via phone, website, or walk-in (subject to availability).
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.
Luxe Spa reserves the right to confirm bookings via phone or email.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in the refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments

Payments can be made by cash, UPI, or card at our spa.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Packages and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.
Luxe Spa is not liable for any health issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
We maintain the highest hygiene standards for the safety of our clients.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior towards staff and other clients is mandatory.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without refund.
Luxe Spa provides professional spa and wellness services only.

6. Liability

While we take all precautions, Luxe Spa is not responsible for any accidental loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Spa services are provided at the client’s discretion.
