1. Appointment Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

“No-shows” (failure to attend without notice) will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds for Services

Payments made for spa services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please let us know immediately at the spa so we can address your concerns.
3. Refunds for Packages & Offers

Prepaid spa packages, memberships, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In special cases (medical conditions, relocation), management may consider partial credits at its discretion.
4. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to accommodate the next client.

No refunds will be issued for missed time due to late arrival.
5. Payment Issues

If an incorrect charge or double payment occurs, please contact us immediately. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
